You will leave the course with at least 6 months worth of social media content all planned out and a clear idea of what to do next.
Designed specifically for SME’s in New Zealand, we get straight to the point with minimal fluff. Just practical advice that you can put into practice immediately and see real results.
What you will learn on this course:
Understand the Three C’s of marketing - Customer, Content and Channels - and using this to implement an effective, efficient and easy to manage content marketing plan.
Customer: Working through who your target market is, creating customer personas and understanding the typical customer journeys they may go through. This is critical for planning the Content and Channels.
Content: This is the process of creating a framework for your content plan, defining content pillars and then planning how this will be created. From the understanding of our Customers, we can understand the type of content that will resonate with them and engage them, providing valuable interactions with them.
Channels: This is about understanding which channels are the most relevant for your business, your target market and the type of content you are producing. Knowing where to focus on brand positioning vs lead generation or direct selling. Each channel has different skew towards different types of marketing, from brand positioning to hard sell and everything in between.
